For soothing

: Take an appropriate amount and apply gently on face and neck, then pat lightly for absorption.

As a face mask

: Wet a cotton pad generously with toner and apply it to the area that needs soothing for about 5 to 10 minutes until it is absorbed. Use it as a skin pack.
